Nicolás is a Colombian lawyer, graduated from Universidad del Externado de Colombia, with Master’s degrees in Law and the Global Economy from New York University (NYU) and International and Comparative Law from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

He is the CEO of Redek, the first Colombian start-up focused on the implementation of ODR solutions. Nicolás is also partner of the firm Rincón Cuéllar & Asociados, where he focuses his practice in the areas of Legaltech, dispute resolution and international trade. Much of his career has been dedicated to promoting the use of technology in justice, a topic on which he has written articles and given numerous lectures, including a TED Talk. In this context, he was a delegate for Colombia to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Group III on Online Dispute Resolution.
