The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), with 173 national standards bodies as members, is the largest developer of voluntary international standards.

NCTDR and the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution jointly issued ODR Standards (May 2022) that included AI and they are adopted in full and appear as Principles in the ISO 32122 Standard.
